Casa Rustica spans 306 m² of interior space, nestled within fragrant and diverse Mediterranean greenery. The villa offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and double bed — two of which open onto balconies with breathtaking views: the Kvarner Bay, the islands, and the endless blue line of the horizon spread before you.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Authentic wooden furniture, stone accents and the warmth of natural materials create an atmosphere where relaxation is felt from the moment you step inside. Outside, the stone terrace, private pool and taverna with a fireplace invite you to slow down and enjoy every moment of your Istrian stay.
The Sea Room
Wake up to the shimmering Kvarner Bay. A serene blue sanctuary with a private balcony and warm terracotta floors that glow in the morning light.
The Sun Room
Golden morning light floods through wooden-beamed ceilings. Exposed stone walls and handcrafted furniture speak of authentic Istrian craftsmanship.
The Olive Room
Named for the ancient grove that encircles the property. A balcony frames the village rooftops, then the sea, then the horizon. A room for dreamers.
The Earth Room
Rich terracotta tones pay homage to the red Istrian soil. Warm, grounding, and unmistakably Mediterranean — a connection to centuries of heritage.
The spaces where the real story unfolds
Outdoor Pool and Terrace
The private outdoor pool of 24 m² is available from June through the end of September. A spacious terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, a covered seating area and a BBQ for those who wish to dine outdoors.
Sauna & Jacuzzi
The villa's wellness corner is available exclusively to villa guests. The indoor jacuzzi and sauna are available from October through April — the perfect retreat during cooler months. The outdoor jacuzzi can be enjoyed year round.
Taverna —
the heart of the house
In the lower part of the villa, behind thick stone walls, awaits a space that tells its own story. The stone fireplace that dominates the taverna is the same kind our ancestors used for centuries — for heating and cooking. Tavernas like this one were the heart of every Istrian home: a place to gather, to store wine and olive oil, and to share a meal.
Our taverna preserves that soul and tradition — and invites you to experience it. Rustic stone, wooden beams and warm lighting create an atmosphere equally perfect for family dinners with typical Istrian delicacies and for quiet moments by the fire with a good glass of wine.
